We created SAKRA as a positive energy and counter-force to the performance culture that surrounds health and wellness. Our mission goes beyond the surface of a yoga mat; SAKRA is about inspiring a shift in the mindset of our generation from chasing wellness by outer comparison, to reconnecting with the feeling within.
